From 50 to 800 tonnes, Multipower SP is the new line of MPW range, where technology meets energy saving. The hydraulic movements with servo pump assure reliability during time and the innovative servo pump system works greatly to reduce energy consumption. Suitable to different printing situations, Multipower SP is the ideal solution to combine high performances and low prices.

DUO H – TWO-PLATEN INJECTION MACHINE
A line of two-platen injection machines suitable for the production of deep profile parts and big containers, thanks to the wide opening stroke. The special compact design allows maximum performance in the smallest space. Tie bars guided back and forth and completely independent from the moving platen movement. Locking nuts embedded in the fixed platen to ensure reliability during the locking action.
Generously dimensioned platen ejector with simultaneous ejection and mould opening. Screw rotation operated by hydraulic motor in the standard version and electric motor for the Multipower version (on request). Injection actuated by two pistons parallel and symmetric to the injection unit. Hydraulic system based on double pumps and inverter controls that allow energy savings up to 40%.

MULTI-INJECTION is a line of hybrid and all-electric machines for multi-component moulded parts with a variety of applications according to the different moulding requirements. MULTIPOWER CL - LONG STROKE INJECTION MOULDING MACHINES
MULTIPOWER CL is the line of injection moulding machines specially indicated for deep profile products.
Thanks to the special 7-point double toggle clamping system, patented by plastic Metal Spa, the moving platen stroke can be significantly increased.
This special toggle system does not require any over-dimensioning of the machine structure or the motor powers and the closing time is the same as that of a conventional 5-point toggle machine of equal tonnage.
