Rigid PVC pipe production lines for electric cable ducts, made up from:

Extrusion head with single or double outlet for pipes with diameter of 16/20/25/30/40/50/63, vacuum tank complete with attachment for calibrators, haul off with rubber sleeves, orbital cutter for elimination of dusts deriving from cutting, burrs and socketing machine.

Complete lines for high and low density PS extrusion with monobloc calibration bench and cooling tank, haul off with components entirely in stainless steel, fly cutting and over-turnable for speeds over 70 mt/min.

We realise rotating cutters IN/OFF line for rigid/soft pipes (max. thickness 1.5 mm) for elimination of cutting burrs and dusts and also in line extrusion rotating cutters for plastic pipes, in order to perform cuts perfectly perpendicular to the profile without the use of an internal matrix.

Calibration units:
Our calibration units are fitted with energy saving circuits (both for water and vacuum), for maximum reduction of consumption. Tanks entirely in stainless steel and pumps mounted on slides with anti-vibration pads for easy maintenance and low noise level. Movements can be supplied via electric command or manual commands. For the tilting of the calipers-holder surface an inclination measurement system (clinometer) can also be inserted. Available with various lengths and with the possibility of having different sizes and number of pumps (according to individual necessity). Command panel with haul off commands included.

B-Tec develops and manufactures extrusion dies and calibrators for PVC window profiles in single and multiple strand versions. Dies for profiles with integral Seals and Multiple Coextrusion are also supplied. Mainly modern CAD/CNC technology is used in manufacturing the tools.

B-Tec is one of the main suppliers for tooling and downstream equipment especially designed to produce highest quality "Wide Panels" for window-sill, door cavity-closures and wall-panel applications. Wide panel lines are available as turn-key projects for panels up to 1200 mm width. Also double strand solutions for high speed wall panel production form 2x100mm width to 2x 400 mm width are part of our delivery program.
