INJECTION MOULDING

We can undertake to manufacture and injection moulding plastic parts.

Our machnie park:
We have 17 injection moulding machines (40 - 650 tons clamping force), including an Arburg machine using Profoam technology („foaming” of plastic with CO2, N2 gas).

In case of several component products (steel, plastic, combined) we can undertake manual assembling as well. We make the templet and the special tools necessary for assembling.

Naturally we are able to make inserts as well (e.g. inserting steel into the injection moulding product). We also have adequate cutting and pressing machines (up to 25 t pressing force) to prepare the component to be inserted. Using our excenter presses we can undertake to manufacture parts from brass, bronze and steel ribbons and to machine steel parts up to 20 mm diameter.

Since we are able to carry out all services within the company we can immediately deal with problems arising from quality and transport and can reduce them to almost zero. All this is done at highly competitive prices.

PAINTING, LACQUERING, PAD PRINTING

We can undertake the painting and lacquering of parts in the required number of layers using our painting robots in a clean room and a closed painting system. With this technology we can achieve an extraordinarily resistant, long-lasting and aesthetic painting thanks to the 2-6 layered wet-on-wet painting technique.

ValVac Vacuum Sewage Draining System

Vacuum Sewage Disposal System
Vacuum sewage disposal system is an ECO friendly solution where investment costs on lowlands can be 40 per cent less comparing to gravity system’s. Operational cost of vacuum system is also favorable and it can be installed due to extreme terrain conditions too.
Mainly recommended application fields are :
-          lowlands settlements
-          places where ground-water level is high, places with rocky or loose soil structure
-          narrow streets, solid pavement , in case of utilisaties saturation
-          one direction extending or loose-mounted settlements
-          hostpitals
-          river or lake side communities
-          waste water
-          hardly approachable places
-          petrochemical industry
-          drainage of internal water
Not recommended application areas are :
-           hilly, mountanious places

Main elements of the Vacuum Sewage Drainage System are :
- the vacuum center (vacuum engine house)
- pipe system under the vacuum with the vacuum valves
- the integrating unit (sump)
- the gravity indoor wiring

The settlement-wide closed welded construction of PE pipe network installed in small trench depth is connected to the entirely automated vacuum engine house and it is constantly under suction (vacuum pumps). The ValVac2 vacuum sewage valves are connected to the vacuum line located in the sump.

The sewage emissing points (four of them in general) are tied up with gravity wiring into the sump. From here sewage is sucked into the vacuum line throught the vacuum valve located there in place.

There is no need to have electricity to operate the vacuum valve!
That is operated by vacuum generated in the vacuum lines and activated by the rising level of the sewage running into the sump.
The licquid (hereinafter sewage) arrives into the sump on a traditional way  which is located the closest to the sources.
Mines can be conventional mines or modern plastic ones as well. Installation of the latter ones requires significantly less work and its density also exceed the features of concrete manholes.

The production and assembly of this vacuum sewage valve is carried out with great attention and precision as we have got used to high quality requirements as a supplier of the automotive industry.

We supply our Customers with 2-year warranty period. Six Hungarian settlements installed our valve as a default system when established the waste water network and in further 23 settlements the existing valves were being replaced with our valves.

The family business became operational in 1968.

We have been producing automotive parts since 1980. We have been a TIER 1 supplier of the Magyar Suzuki Corporation since 1992.

We are looking for further supplying opportunity to fill our enlarged capacity.

PLASTIC INJECTION MOULDING

We manufacture products with machinery with the latest injection moulding technology firstly for the automotive industry.

If needed we make assembling by hand, installing inserts, ultrasonic welding, pad printing.

PAINTING

We could meet our customers’ expectations in our painting plant with 6 axes painting robots, in a closed system, in a cleanroom, with the required number of layers, even with a wet-on-wet technology.

We take into consideration the painting aspects even during the injection moulding.

PLA development

We have been contributing to the sustainability of our environment with developing biologically degradable, compostable PLA plastic since 2015.
