HPCL-MITTAL ENERGY LIMITED (HMEL) is a Petroleum Refining & Petrochemical Company, Which Operates State of art Guru Gobind Singh Refinery of 11.3 MMTPA Capacity at Bathinda in Punjab, India, along with a Polypropylene (PP) Unit with Capacity of 0.5 MMTPA.
