GRAVICO is a continuous loss-in-weight multi-component dosing system equipped with an automatic weight/liner meter adjustment and designed for continuous cycle processing (film, pipes, profiles, mono and co-extruded sheet).
This accurate dosing system is designed for use with up to seven components for wide range of configurations. NAVIGATOR 9000 is the GRAVICO control for the fully automatic management of production parameters, including: cooling ring control, gauge, extruder haul-off and extruder speed.

ATLANTIS is a high-efficiency, stackable and multi-flow cooling ring, with sectoral thermal modulation for accurate and automatic gauge control.  This cooling ring maintains the precision in thickness control and management from the Discovery line enabling the operator to realize fast and easy adjustment and preparation for production startup and changeover. With the automatic system LIFTER, Atlantis 23T improves the production efficiency by 50% by automatically lifting the top ring to the desired height depending on the production.  This further enhances the mechanical film properties and improves on both quality and productivity.

Navigator 9000 is the core of the Contrex control system and manages the primary control parameters of the extrusion line including: gravimetric dosing/blending, film thickness control, film width control, haul-off control, overall line productivity and efficiency.
Given the open architecture of the system it can be easily adapted to suit each customer's individual needs and upgrade requirements. This flexibility allows the NAVIGATOR to be installed on new and existing installations. The easy to use and intuitive interface enables fast blend and material change-overs reducing the start-up and overall change-over time. A diagnostic module shows plant alarm status together with instructions on what actions to take. The Navigator 9000 system is designed for non-stop and automated production environments where centralized management is required to ensure optimal production performance.

This continuous loss-in-weight blender is equipped with a loss-in-weight extruder feeding control which manages the extruder to ensure a constant weight-per-meter ratio. Precision is guaranteed by a double weighing cell which controls the mixer. Dosing accuracy (0,01%), flexibility, perfect mixing, all in the name of visibility. The exclusive double eyelid shutter device, with a reaction time of only 25 milliseconds expresses a high level of precision. This system can dose up to six components creating an accurate blend thanks to the free weighing hopper design.
Gramixo is designed to be installed directly on the processing machine thanks to the exclusive immunity vibration system.
Thanks to the inspection possibility, easy cleaning, quick production changeand modularity DBK GRAMIXO is a machine with no equals. The smart internal coloured LED lighting indicate the machine status. It is equipped with a powerful control thanks to a friendly and graphical user interface and with multiple connectivity. The DPK dosing unit is a compact, loss-in-weight, precision feeder, suitable for the dosing of small quantities of colour or additives into a flow of base material. The masterbatch or additive to be dosed is contained in a hopper made of a specific transparent shock-resistant acrylic material that makes immediately visible the material contained and the level of load. The hopper is easily removedwith no tools for replenishment or additive change.
The precision of this machine is absolute and is guaranteed even on very low rates. The load cell technology and the control algorithm, make DPK immune to vibrations achieving higher dosage precision without risk of overdosing of the additive or masterbatch. The control of this dosing unit is supplied with a simple and intuitive touch screen interface, where it is possible to store and recall the recipes of the products. DPK has Ethernet, RS485 connections and is arranged for MOWIS.
