VULCANIZATION LINE SALT BATH for Rubber and Silicon ( EPDM, NBR, NEOPRENE,SBR, etc..)

VULCANIZATION LINE SALT BATH   "THUNDER | SALT"

The salts tank heating system operates on the same
DMA technology operating other vulcanization
lines always guaranteeing high efficiencies and low
energetic consumption rates.
The Vulcanization line in Bath of Salts it is suitable for
products that require vulcanization in the absence
of oxygen. The line consists of modules of different
lengths according to customer needs.

Loading salts tub
Variable length from 3 to 10 meters consisting of a bed of melted salt, above which the
profile floats. A particular system of rain creates a room with very low oxygen content,
suitable for the first phase of pre-vulcanization.
Variable length module from 5 to 30 meters consisting of a series of rotating rollers which
force the profile to move forward always immersed in the melted salt. The rollers speed
is adjustable according to the type of profile to be vulcanized from 1 to 50 m/min, the
operating temperature of the salt can reach 300 C°.
In this module takes place the first mechanical cleaning of the salt melted by the rubber
profile. The module can be completely inspected through an automatic opening door.
In this module of variable length from 5 to 15 meters takes place the washing operations
of the melted salt from the rubber profile by using high pressure water spraying, or diving
the profile in the water. This station is complete with re-circulation tanks, filling and draining
contaminated water in automatic mode, system saving water consumption, drying
group by air blowing under pressure.
In this tank is loaded the salt that will feed and maintain the level in a completely automatic
mode. The tank is equipped with a melting and pumping system.
