Tracer®VM and Tracer®VMA Line of Electronic Flow Meters and Regulators
TracerVM flow meters and TracerVMA with AutoReg are the newest flow meter and regulator solutions from Smartflow. Many configurations are available to meet your application and budgetary needs. Highly accurate vortex shedding sensors provide temperature and flow sensing without moving parts using the most stable and precise technology in the industry.
TracerVM Base flowmeters are the most economical models with .5 to 3.5V output for connection to PLC or TracerVM Bluetooth Interface. These models are non-display and perfect for mounting on each circuit of a return manifold.
TracerVM Bluetooth Interface connects up to 8 TracerVM Base units to collect, transmit and store data for monitoring and process validation. This unit facilitates flow rate and temperature display via mobile devices using Bluetooth communication. Alternately, the Bluetooth Interface connects to PC software via Ethernet connection.
TracerVM with User Interface provides local or remote display capabilities in addition to programmable switching function for out of limit parameters. A separate relay is provided for connection to stack light or other peripheral. Features include: Reynolds Number Display, Totalizer Function, Programmable Switch, BTU's/min Calculation, Glycol Content Input, Turbulent Flow Indication (FCI Technology) and more.
TracerVMA with AutoReg is the most advanced solution including automatic flow regulation based on input from the user. Target flow rate or Reynolds Number is achieved quickly without intervention from processors. An alarm is provided if the target is not attained with the available flow. All functions of the TracerVM with User Interface are included in this unit including remote or locally-mounted full color display.
TracerVM and TracerVMA series meters and regulators are the number one solution for flow monitoring for injection mold cooling in support of Scientific Cooling principles.
FasTie Quick Ejector Tie-In System includes couplers and pull studs that quickly "tie-in" the mould ejector plate to the press ejection system in an injection moulding machine, dramatically reducing mould change time. The greatest time savings are realized in presses where space is limited and the ejector system is difficult to tie in using solid knock-out bars.. In a typical installation, the FasTie coupler is installed into the press ejector plate. The quick-connect locking mechanism in the coupler snaps mechanically onto the mould-mounted pull stud during mould installation. To release the ejectors, apply shop air to the coupler. The coupler opens to release the pull stud, disconnecting the press and mould ejector plates. The coupler remains in the open position, ready for a new mold to be set.
For multiple ejector locations, an air manifold is recommended to release all couplers simultaneously.
Four FasTie sizes are available: 1-inch, 1-3/8 inch, 2-inch, & 3-inch models suitable for most presses and knockout configurations.

Cooling Water Manifolds (the platform for Engineered Solutions)
Smartflow Cooling Water Manifolds in standard and custom configurations are available from 3/4" through 2" line sizes with multiple port options. Manifolds in aluminium or stainless steel are excellent tools for organising cooling water flow critical to manufacturing quality moulded parts efficiently.

Stainless Steel Manifolds are suited for areas where water conditions are prone to corrosion when using other materials (de-ionised water for example).
