Heat resisting——260°C Non-stick pan liners can be used to turn any pan into a non-stick pan or to renew old non-stick pans. These reusable frying sheets are Teflon® coated on either side. Place in the bottom of the frying pan, roasting tin or grill plate, the liners are ideal for preparing meat, fish, poultry, eggs, vegetables, etc. without adding butter or oil. This heavy-duty coating is 5 times thicker than the one in most non-stick frying pans, therefore these liners are more non-stick and last longer than any other non-stick frying pan on the market.

Yaxing's PTFE coated glass cloth or Teflon Tape combines the properties of PTFE / Teflon with the mechanical strength of Glass Cloth. It has a good heat and chemical resistance along with excellent non stick properties. It is available in plain or self adhesive backed and as anti static if required. We can convert PTFE Coated Glass Cloth into gaskets and strips cut to any width to suit your requirement. 

Temperature: -190°C to +260°C.

YAXING® architectural fabrics are made of PTFE coated glass fabrics. The fuoropolymer PTFE is the most durable fabric coating available. The PTFE is applied equally to both sides of the glass fabric. This encapsulates the glass fibers and protects them from potential degradation due to moisture influx.

Structures incorporating YAXING® Architectural Fabrics are strong, beautiful and enduring. They require very little maintenance and will continue to outperform all other glazing systems over their 25+ year life.

Yaxing’s PTFE coated fiberglass adhesive tapes are high temperature resistant, have a low coefficient of friction, and are chemically inert.

1. PTFE tapes are resistant to wear and tear and are used in a variety of manufacturing processes. For example, these tapes are used in the manufacture of plastic bags and various plastic products, as a cover to heat seal and l-bar heat presses, for tool and mold release, and in baking applications.

2. They are available with high temperature silicone or acrylic adhesive systems, and also available with or without liner.

[ APPLICATIONS ]

Frequently used by the packing industry as a release surface on heat sealers, blister formation and form-fill-seal equipment. The durability and anti-stick properties also make it an ideal material for the lining of guide rails, chutes and slides. The high temperature capabilities and non-stick properties allow it to perform as an excellent release surface in the composite aircraft industry.

[ PRODUCT BENEFITS ]

 A very durable and versatile product. The combination of PTFE, fiberglass and a high temperature silicone adhesive allows it to perform in continuous temperatures up to 500°F. It is dimensionally stable and resistant to tears, punctures, abrasion and wear. It will not "cold flow" under heavy loads.
