These three words have always defined the Hyden manufacturing philosophy since its inception in 1986. Builders of quality Dry Offset presses for the decoration of disposable plastics containers, our company began with the manufacture of a simple manual 4 color Dry Offset press and has evolved to fully automatic high speed presses up to 8 colors. Numerous multiple installations of our presses exist in India as well as over the world.
In 2013 Hyden came into the field of Narrow-Web Finishing Equipment and introduced its high-speed Slitter/Rewinder-Inspection machine the U-350HS at LabelExpo India 2013 and thereafter to the rest of the world at LabelExpo Brussels 2014. A number of machines have since been installed with leading label printers in India as well as abroad.
Our range of machines include 4, 6 and 8 color Dry Offset presses in various versions and configurations, cup-stacking conveyors for stacking thermoformed cups, Narrow-web finishing machines associated with the Label printing industry and Controls systems and Automation solutions for machine builders.
Hyden has a team of expert Machine Designers and a well trained work-force utilising the latest designing and CAD/CAM software. We have a well established machine shop with VMCs and high precision machine tools to ensure the quality that goes into our build.
Our Company has always related with the process of evolution and our technology evolves with customer feedback and market trends.
