For new hand customers, we share our experience and bring forward economical production plan, to make everything is correct from the beginning.
During order manufacturing stage, we keep reporting production progress to customers from making machine frame to loading and delivery, specially the test reports in each time of mould commissioning. Meanwhile, we also provide producing line layout drawing and working flow sketches according to customers' factory dimension. Customers will have clear impression to prepare for workshop and production area arrangement.
After customer's checking and acceptance, we arrange loading and delivery, collect all documents for customs declaration and also help customer for customs clearance. According to customers' requirement, engineer can be dispatched for installation, commissioning and trainining, and give suggestions to guide customer's production flow and working arrangement.
We grant one year guarantee time, all the problems caused by our reason will be responsible by us, problem solution plans. After guarantee time, we remind customers to purchase spare parts on time, and contact in time to insure normal pruduction. The experience sharing and remote supports cover machines' whole lifespan.
