DENKA THERMO FILM
Outline A cover tape film with excellent sealing performance for heat-seal type embossed carrier tapes. Offers good peeling characteristics with various types of underlay material like PS (polystyrene), PC (polycarbonate), PEC (polyester), PVC (polyvinyl chloride), etc.
Characteristics Peels off with a steady force, making it easy to adjust sealing parameters for the optimal fit. - Various grades are available, such as products treated to prevent static electricity, etc. - ATA grade is highly transparent, providing excellent visibility of contents, while at the same time it generates little static electricity through friction with epoxy-sealed components, thus it is an effective antistatic resource for components.
Outline DENKA DX FILM is an alloyed film based on polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF). It has the high weatherability, staining, and chemical resistance which is attribute of PVDF, and can easily be adhered to the base material – something that was not feasible with conventional fluoropolymer films - by making it into multilayer film. A transparent type is available, as well as a colored type, which is mainly used as a backsheet for photovoltaic modules.
Characteristics Highly weather-resistant ・Maintains color for long period of time: Colored type ・Protects base material from ultraviolet rays; Transparent type
Highly chemical resistant ・Not changed by various chemicals and solvents
Highly staining resistant ・Stains are easy to clean off
Highly adhesive ・Can heat bond with such materials as PVC, acrylic, and polycarbonate Can be printed on back Can be printed on back surface
Highly flexible ・Excellent workability, including bending and stretching Excellent abrasion resistance and electrical insulation
Outline "DENKA BLACK" is acetylene black, a type of carbon black, obtained from thermal decomposition of acetylene. It is highly purified and extremely conductive; these characteristics make it an ideal material in the production of dry cells, electric power cables, as well as in such sectors as silicon products, IC packaging materials, etc.
Characteristics Although "DENKA BLACK" is essentially the same as other carbon blacks in that it consists of colloidal fine particles of carbon, it is considerably different in that its particles are linked in the form of a chain, and that its graphitization is very advanced. It therefore offers unique characteristics such as conductivity (electrical and thermal) and liquid absorption, among others.
Uses Base material for dry cells, rubber reinforcements, cables, tires, belts, hoses, flooring, shoes, surface heating element, black pigment, electronic components, etc.
