Host Machine Interface: Our modular injection units communicate to the host machine through signals available in the standard Robotic Interface. If a Robotic interface is not available, the injection unit will need various commands and safety signals in order to synchronise with the host.

Plasdanwas estabilished as a Danish – Portuguese venture i n 1989, in Marinha Grande.
In its early days, Plasdans core activity was the sales of injection moulding machines and associated equipment. As business grew, it ended up extending its practice to the mould engineering and project management areas, as well as commencing sales of its own range of thermoplastic equipments.
In the late nineties, the mould sector boomed and the company was granted with the ISO-9001 certification.
In order to give the clients better and faster solutions, in 2000, Plasdan created a department for the development and manufacturing of multi-shot injection moulding systems. Since then, this area has been continuously grown within the firm, and has become what is currently the companys main activity.
