Bürkle delivers e.g. complete extruder downstream lines with capacities from 400 - >2.500 kg/h.

All components are equipped for automatic operation with recipe specification with electric axes. Of course, all machines are also available with purely manual adjustment.

Surface processing / Planer

The Bürkle Planer was developed to offer a maximum of accuracy and surface quality even at feed speeds of over 60 m/min.

Due to the special combination of Bürkle vacuum transport, the precisely ground processing tables directly opposite the tool shafts and the suction hoods optimally adapted to the process, extremely high surface qualities and thickness accuracies are achieved in all compression strength ranges.

Depending on the motor equipment, the maximum speed of the tool shaft is up to 6,000 rpm.

The surface treatments are available both as a machine working from above on one side and as a version for simultaneous processing of the plates from above and below.

The machine can be adapted to different product thicknesses fully automatically via the control system, thus ensuring short changeover times.

By means of the proportional width adjustment of the vacuum belts, it is possible to adjust the machine optimally and fully automatically to the panel widths of up to 1,600 mm to be produced.

The change e.g. of the upper tool shaft is done by 2 persons within less than 10 minutes.

EPS Thermobonding systems

The Bürkle Thermobonding systems enable the one- or two-sided coating of a dark EPS insulation board with a light, thin EPS top layer.

The total thickness of the finished boards is a maximum of 400 mm.

In the EPS sector, the thermobonding station can be integrated as a direct bypass parallel to an existing hot wire cutting system.   Used as a separate stand-alone line solution, the system can alternatively also be operated order-related via stacks of raw boards, e.g. from a warehouse.

From the basic configuration with a thermobonding station, the system can also be retrofitted with the coating of the second panel side via the Bürkle modular system. 

Through the use of our vacuum transport technology as well as the intelligent control technology, the performance of the thermobonding system is up to 20 plates per minute.

The Bürkle edge processing machines were developed to offer a maximum of accuracy and quality even at high feed speeds.

The combination of Bürkle vacuum transport and the milling units with the suction hoods optimally adapted to the process provides extremely high dimensional accuracy in all compression strength ranges.

Depending on the motor equipment, the maximum speed of the tools is up to 6,000 rpm.
Depending on the requirements, the milling units are available in vertical or horizontal design.
The machine can be adapted to different product dimensions fully automatically via the control system, thus ensuring short changeover times.

The proportional adjustment of the vacuum belts makes it possible to adjust the machine optimally and fully automatically to the panel widths or panel lengths to be produced.
The quick-change system enables the moulds to be changed within a few minutes.

SYSTEMS FOR BOARD LAMINATION / BOARD REFINEMENT / COATING

When it comes to the finishing of insulation boards or the manufacture of sandwich or combination products of all kinds, we are the right partner thanks to our many years of experience in the fields of pressing, laminating, laminating and coating.
