BRYSCAN™ sensors series Moisture Minder™ accurately displays the actualmoisture content of plastic pellets or regrind, in % or PPM (parts per million). Moisture Minder™ sensors can be easily installed on hoppers, silos, extruders or any
production line. Sensors are built using high quality components, to the highest standards and specifications guaranteed by the Swiss-made technology. Trending screens are standard on the controls and options are available to divert or re-circulate
material that is out-of-spec.

Rotor provided with robust structural strength to ensure industrial quality and durability
The rotor media is cleanable with compressed air
The surface of the wheel is highly polished to ensure minimum vertical runout and thus ensuring nearly zero leakage
PTEE coated silicon sponge seals to ensure minimum drag
Rotor depth 200,300 and 400 mm as standard
The drive motors are provided with speed controller to optimise performance
Self lubricating internal dry brush bearings to withstand high regeneration temperatures.
