Technology for manufacturing PVC-O pipes
The Molecor technology produces class 500 PVC-O pipes, the highest, in line with the extruder, obtaining the best mechanical properties in an efficiently and economically way.
Model M-OR-P 1640
The M-OR-P 1640 technology makes pipes for the supply of potable water under pressure in cities and secondary networks, urban and industrial uses, reclaimed water systems, fire networks and agricultural uses for the public and private sector from DN90 mm to DN400 mm and presents a production of 3,000 T/year.
Model M-OR-P 3163
The M-OR-P 3163 system can produce large pipes of high pressure requirements for potable water supply, reclaimed water networks, irrigation or other municipal uses. This system produces pipes from DN250 mm to DN630 mm and presents a production of 5,000 T/year.
Model M-OR-P 3180
The M-OR-P 3180 system has been designed to manufacture large diameter pipes used in the main distribution networks for high pressure water supply, uptake in lakes, desalination stations or other municipal or state major projects. This system manufactures the highest PVC-O pipes available on the market, from DN315 mm to DN80 mm and presents a production of 6,000 T/year.
Integrated Seal System (ISS+)
The Integrated Seal System (ISS+) applied to oriented PVC pipes presents considerable improvements in the performance of pipes, particularly in those of large diameters and high pressures. Until now, the technology had not been applied to PVC-O pipes.

Oriented PVC fittings
ecoFITTOM®, the first fittings in the world in PVC-O, present excellent improvements in the mechanical properties of PVC. These improvements allow to manufacture ecoFITTOM® consuming less raw material and less energy obtaining a product with higher hydrostatic resistance and higher resistance to impact than fittings of other materials. Besides this, ecoFITTOM® present an excellent behavior against water hammer, complete watertight, maximum chemical resistance and ductility.
With ecoFITTOM® Molecor offers a continuous system in PVC-O; this material continuity guarantees the same hydraulic and mechanical properties in the different elements of the network, in the pipes as well as in the fittings.
