IONFIX-COMPACT 30 KV ELECTROSTATIC GENERATOR
IONFIX-Compact Static Generation - IML, Pinning, Bagmaking and more
The IONFIX range of static generators from Fraser Anti-Static Techniques has been designed for creating temporary adhesion in industry.
The use of Static Generation for temporary adhesion is increasingly popular within the plastic, packaging, paper and process industries because it is fast, clean, controllable and economic.
Fraser generators and electrodes provide the user with a complete temporary adhesion system that is easy to use, highly reliable and safe. Flexible interface design facilitates full integration with modern machinery and control systems.
The IONFIX compact is a 30 kV, 20 W generator.
Delivers a full 20 W of power from 20 kV up to 30 kV.
2 Models - either 24V DC 90 -250 V 50/60 Hz AC.
Available in positive or negative polarities.
Four HV output connections.
The control interface gives the operator complete control of the functions of the IONFIX Compact.
On / Off switching of the high voltage.
High voltage setting and adjustment.
Remote sensing of actual output voltage and current for easy display.
Constant current mode with fully adjustable current limitation.
A remote monitoring system checks the High Voltage output status of the Generator.
Short-circuit and arc protected output.
Rugged mechanical enclosure for wall or bench mounting.
Multiple levels of protection for market-leading safety in operation.
The NEOS range represents the latest in advanced electrostatics. 4 powerful 24V DC products suitable for a wide range of applications.
NEOS are capable of providing targeted ionisation in even the most challenging of situations including varying geometry, high speed, long distance as well as delivering exceptional performance in all of the traditional static control applications.
Unique features of the NEOS 12L, NEOS 20 and NEOS 30 range of static eliminators include:
Powerful - up to 30KV
Efficient - provides 100% coverage across the length of the bar leaving no "Dead Zones"
Clean - built-in "clean me" indicator
Reactive - intelligent features allow the NEOS range to detect and deliver exactly the amount of ionisation required
Shockless - resistively coupled emitters
Universal Mounting - designed to be easily mounted
The NEOS range also includes the NEOS 30 OEM - Fraser's innovative long-range static eliminator designed specifically for OEMs. Ideally suited to winding machinery or converting applications, the NEOS 30 OEM features PLC-controlled output that allows the ionising range of the static eliminator to be optimised continually as its distance to the web changes.
The output frequency of the bar is directly controlled by the customers existing PLC, without the need for additional sensors. This provides machinery manufacturers and end users with increased scope to optimise process output quality. Configured to neutralise charges at a range of 200mm to 1,500mm, the NEOS 30 OEM is available in lengths between 600mm and 5,000mm, and capable of handling speeds of up to 1,500 m/minute.
Fraser Anti-Static Techniques Ltd was founded in 1991.
Our purpose is to develop and manufacture well engineered, competitively priced solutions to industrial static electricity problems.
Our products improve process quality and productivity for our customers, whilst eliminating static shocks to operators and the risk of explosions in hazardous areas.
Our staff are a mixture of engineers, scientists and technical sales and support personnel who bring with them knowledge and experience of a wide range of industrial applications.
We make two commitments:
1. To supply high performance and reliable products which our customers find cost-effective and easy to use. 2. To respond with enthusiasm and energy, as well as competence, to customer requirements.
Our head office is located in the South West of England and from here we supply electrostatic equipment to every industrial country in the world. Our customers include many of the world's leading manufacturing companies.
A network of experienced partners, as well as an office located in Fraser Shanghai allows us to provide specialist application knowledge and technical assistance to our customers worldwide.
Fraser also offers a range of ATEX and UL Certified equipment.
