UNIQUE TECHNOLOGY IN THE MARKET: FAP is the only manufacturer able to offer excellent quality at a competitive price for the final product. The extrusion lines are based on a twin-screw technology that allows the best control during the mixing process of the melt. The extruders are divided in areas with various temperatures and pressure levels and are equipped with dosing units that ensure high precision and fidelity. An accurate study and research of the screws and extrusion heads, the construction and implementation of the electrical units has led to a remarkable energy saving method. FAP lines are designed to function 24h a day and therefore built with high quality materials, which are treated for long-life use and a handling with minimum issues. Foam materials produced by FAPs lines are 100% recyclable, manufactured using technologies and production processes sensible to atmospheric pollution do not cause problems to ozone and minimize industrial wastes.

Materials for Lamination: Basic Material: Expanded Film PE/PP, Air Bubble Film Lamination Materials: LDPE, HDPE film
Laminating Process: The Laminator is indicated to couple perfectly flexible foam or air bubble film with other laminating materials using hot roll system. The hot roll transfers the direct heat on materials thus welding them uniformly on both sides.

To complete its innate propensity for development and research, FAP is pleased to announce the foundation of an INTERNAL TECHNICAL RESEARCH CENTER for new products, new raw materials and new formulas and mixing of expanding gases.
The innovative creation and production unit is opened to the clients and the potential clients to develop new products, make production tests and other. Now FAPs long-standing experience is completely at the customers disposal. It is a great opportunity to develop the innovative products they have in customers projects.
The center has two production units: – one low production laboratory machinery to optimize the recipes of mixing and make any kind of tests; – one high production machinery to test the production capacities at industrial level. The machines are twin-screw extruders, like all FAP production, with a capacity of 25 and 400 kg/h.
