Extrusion Lamination Plant

Basically in the Lamination Plant you can do Coating on Woven Fabric, Non Woven Fabric & Sandwich Lamination with BOPP.

There are two Primary Unwinder & two Secondary Unwinder. In Primary Unwinder you can mount base fabric on which you want to laminate or coat while in Secondary Unwinder you can mount BOPP film. Out of Two Rolls One is stand by. The fabric from Primary Unwinder goes to Laminator & Coated through a Polymer Processed via Extruder & T-Die on one side & passes through the Turn Bar System, where it gets turned for the Coating on second side. Then it straightly goes to Rewinder, where you will get Both Side Coated Roll ready.

It is simple process where you can do Lamination or Coating for the Tubular Fabric or Flat Fabric.
