Type EP Screw-in Cartridge Heaters are used for direct heating of solid, fluid and gaseous mediums. They are made for horizontal fitting. Screw-in Cartridge Heaters are suitable for various applications as heating of water containers, oil tempering, plating solutions, air and tools.
RPM/RDO-RP/RPO, RPS, RP diecast, RPI/RPI tensible Tubular Cartridge Heaters
Tubular Cartridge Heaters are the ideal heating for injection moulding tools. They are suitable for the heating of spigot automats and for mandrel heaters, e.g. with tube extrusion. Further to this Tubular Cartridge Heaters find their application within hot runner systems, at machinery nozzles and within die-cast production.
The complete in-house manufacturing offers a high degree of flexibility within the entire workflow since four decades. After on site technical consultation 3D design is carried out with SolidWorks. The self-produced tubular heating elements and optimized layout ensures an extremely uniform temperature profile. Constantly improved casting processes in gravity and sand casting in our foundry, machining on CNC milling centers and grinding machines provide a high casting quality. In addition to the founding companies Ihne & Tesch in Ludenscheid and Keller, Ihne & Tesch in Lampertheim, other companies such as Keller, Ihne & Tesch in Austria, KIT Electroheat in the UK and Celtic in France have been added over the past decades, so that it is now internationally at home. Since its foundation, the Group has developed steadily and adapted to market conditions and customer expectations. These changes have led to the group of companies continuing to grow together and working more efficiently as one. In 2019, it was time to take this change into account with a new, common roof logo.
