as well as the combinations of all these materials including metal - either as an assembly or directly produced as a hybrid component.

In addition to the standard production technologies such as injection molding (hot and cold runner), compression molding transfer molding, Helvoet also offers a wide range of post-processing technologies directly in-house, such as for example several grinding processes, micron milling, coating or printing of the components.

In the medical sector, Helvoet is a year-long partner of several industry leaders for medical devices, packaging and drug delivery. We are also a member of the Flow Alliance – the House of Microfluidics. With our partner companies we specialize in the manufacturing of polymer-based and hybrid microfluidic consumables.

In the rubber sector, Helvoet has its own compounding and a complete laboratory, which allows materials to be adapted and certified to meet customer-specific requirements.
