Since its foundation, Cannon has been on the forefront in developing new solutions to process polyurethanes, following chemistry evolution and the consequent high efficient and high performing polyurethane systems.
Cannon is currently involved in the improvement of the mixing, dosing and foaming technologies, in order to make the most cutting-edge products.
Covering a ratio range among 1:1 and 1:24 and an output capacity range from 1 to 10,000 g/s, Cannon mixing heads meet the expectation of a wide number of polyurethane and other reactive polymer applications.
At least 35.000 mixing heads has been supplied to manufacturing companies all over the world, processing reactive polymers. From general purpose models up to specific dedicated solutions, at the time being we are producing more than 1.000 heads per year, within 40 variants of about a dozen of families, accounting around 250 different Cannon codes.
The drivers of our heads R&D are the increase of strokes frequency, reliability, precision, flow control, effective mixing, quality of the product manufactured to face our clients production requirements.
Cannon has developed a wide range of dosing units, both of low and high pressure, in order to meet a broad variety of applications: polyurethanes, epoxy and other reactive polymers.
The company produces on average 280 metering units per year: all the machines are available in different configurations and sizes, with an advanced control system of machine parameters, which guarantees a superior quality of the foamed, moulded, sprayed and insulated products.
Cannon develops dedicated industrial solutions: the 75% of the dosing units delivered are tailored on customers specific needs, facing the most complex production requirements.
A wide range of turnkey foaming (flexible and rigid) technologies is available: continuous foaming process for production of slabs and insulation panels, discontinuous foaming process for moulded foams and sandwich panels, injection of foam in open mould or in closed mould under vacuum.
