Our products

Product category: Compression and transfer moulding presses for plastics

Hydraulic presses for the production of the sheets from thermoplasts: PP, PE, HDPE, UHMWPE

The presses are designed for the production of the sheets from thermoplasts (PP, PE, HDPE and UHMWPE) in the process of compression moulding under high pressure and temperature. This process is suitable for the production of sheets from materials with high molecular weight. Sheets made with compressing have excellent mechanical properties and minimal internal tensions. It is possible to produce sheets or shaped products in the press.

Presses, made by SiTOR,  are distinguished by their functionality and reliability, which result from many years of experience, continuous development and implementation of high-quality materials and components. The unique design of the welded or screwed tools provide economical production of high quality products

We are the only manufacturer of presses with the built-in welded molds. These molds are distinguished by their smaller energy consumption, high rigidity, long-lasting life and easy maintenance.

Hydraulic presses for production of rubber products

Hydraulic presses are intended for production of rubber products. Compression molded and vulcanization of the product is in mould between two heated plates. The mould is indirectly heated. Presses are usually with multiple openings. Heated plates may be fixed or moving out/in of the press.

Control of the press with a process controller and allows:
• Operating mode: manual or automatic
• Setting of the technological parameters: temperature, pressure and time
• Automatic execution of evacuation cycles
• Tele-Service (modem)

Hydraulic press – line for production of conveyor belts

Hydraulic press with the belonging equipment is intended for productiron - vulcanization of conveyor belts. Conveyor belts can have smooth or ribbed surface.

Advantages of the press:
• possibility to produce thinner belts (5mm)
• evenly distributed surface pressure
• even temperature across the surface of the heated plates
• possibility of effective detaching of belts from heated plates
• vertically mooving tension clamps
• possibility of degassing of surface air bubbles

Press line for laminating

The line is based on a multi-open through-feed hydraulic press and is designed for to laminating the panels with phenolic film or decorative foils.

Panel transport in-out of the press is carried out via conveyer belt, in-feed and out-feed device and  transport bands on the heating plates in the press. The bands on the heating plates are made of temperature-resistant material and are fixed on special clamping bars. The bars are designed to assure quick exchange of bands and permanent tensioning force.

Description of the loading and unloading of the press: via conveyer belt in front of the in-feed device are loaded the multi open device. The in-feed device levels with the press opens and all panels are transported into the press at the same time. The closing of the press, pressing and adhesive bonding set in. When the cycle of hot pressing is finished, the press opens and levels with the out-feed device. All the panels are transported in out-feed device at the same time. From the out-feed device, the panels are individually transported onto the conveyer belt.

Advantages:
• Rub (abrasion) free panel transport – damage free product surface
• Various types of end surface of panels: smooth or non-slip or structural surface
• Ground level installation – no pit required
• Besides lamination even making a layered composite plates

Equipment for bed lamellas

The equipment is intended for the production of bed lamellas from glued veneer sheets. Starting materials are dry formatted veneer (beech or birch) and glue (urea-formaldehyde glue). Finished products are bed lamellas ready to be built-in.

This equipment is designed for the following technologic processes:
• application of glue on the veneer
• production of bend plywood panels
• cutting panels on format
• cutting panels into lamellas
• milling the longitudinal edges of the lamellas

Presses for the production of furniture elements – model SF

Presses for the production of furniture elements - Model SF are intended for the production of thick (15 ÷ 40 mm) furniture elements of glued veneer. The construction of this press enables easy mounting of tool – mould. In the mould, several layers of veneer are shaped and glued together to form the desired forme of furniture element. The glue is hardened with a HF generator.

Advantages of SF press technology:
• simple mould-making
• production of thick elements possible
• short glue hardening time
• enables the production of complex forms of elements
• less wood overheating and more stable final form of element.

Lines for plywood production

We offer two loading systems depending on the working method of multi-daylight  presses:
• with conveyor belts (through-feed system)– »(Through-feed« method of loading / unloading of the press
• with pushing (tablet system) »Tablet« system of loading / unloading of the press

Loading and unloading of the press is with the help of belt conveyors in the loading and unloading device and conveyor belts on the heated plates. Heat resistant belts on the heated plates are fixed on the clamping planks, what enables quick exchange of belts. Belts also have a function of a working surface and protect the surface of heated plates.

Conveyors of loading device are individually filled with the help of belt conveyor before the loading device. Full loading device is levelled with the press for the simultaneous transport of panels to the press. When the cycle of hot pressing is finished, the press opens – aligns with the unloading device. Panels are simultaneously transported to the stacking device. Panels from the stacking device are individually placed on the belt conveyor.

The advantages of the line:
• production of plywood with the thickness up to 50 mm in one step
• production of oversized panels up to 2.000 x 3.050 mm
• possibility to produce composite panels (sandwich panels)
• manipulations with panels without  slipping - without damage of the product’s surface
• possibility to install the line on the floor level – no digging

Presses for the production of furniture elements – model SS

Presses for the production of furniture elements – Model SS are designed for the production of seats and backs for chairs. The product is shaped in a metal mould, which is mounted on a heating plate. Heating plates are of solid steel sheet with drilled channels for the flow of heating medium. Heating medium can be hot water, steam or thermal oil. These presses are usually divided into two sections with working daylights of 3 ÷ 5 in height. Such design enables easy handling and optimal productivity.
