5-layer blown film machines
Thanks to the five layer extrusion technology, it became possible to widen the possibilities of producing films with different structure that allows manufacturing of thinner films, better looking, stronger and cheaper.
In the design of Five-layer lines, we used a modular type for assembly. It makes it easy to configure the machine for specific client needs. All series of Aleko blown film machines are fitted with high-performance screws which are manufactured under license of Plamex Company (Germany). The screws have a complex geometric shape, which makes it possible to achieve high performance and efficient blending.
Three-layer films “ABA-type” produced on Aleko blown film machines features a range of advantages comparing to monolayer films:
Reduction of production costs by introduction into the middle layer (B) up to 100% of the recycled material or up to 70% of CaCo3 additives.
Layers ratio up to 1/8/1;
Excellent resalable condition as the outer layers (A) are made of the raw material and cover the middle layer.
Improved mechanical properties beside mono-layer analogs (increased mechanical properties of 3 layer film in comparison with a single layer film made from the same material)

Weight (Gravimetric) dosing systems
Weight (gravimetric) dosing systems are based on the principle of supplying to the bulk of the raw material a certain portion of additives, each of them is measured by weight.
The principle of operation of weighing feeders is to supply a batch of material consisting of components of a certain weight in accordance with the recipe. The material is fed into the weighing hopper, then the component is weighed, after that the another components are fed and weighed one by one. After weighing all the components that make up the recipe, they are blended in the mixer. When the maximum weight is reached in the weighted mixer, an outlet gate opens and the material is poured into the screw feeding zone.
"Aleko" dosing systems can supply up to 6 additional components at the same time.
Materials: granulated LDPE, HDPE, RECYCLED HDPE/LDPE etc. and masterbatches.

Volumetric dosing systems
The basis of volumetric screw dosing is the principle of supplying to the bulk of the raw material a certain portion of additives, measured by volume (screw rotation). The principle of operation of volumetric screw dosing systems is supplying of a given amount of material for a certain time in accordance with the formula. Auto-proportional supply of mixed raw materials ensures continuous feeding of extruder and obtaining required characteristics of finished products. Using ALEKO volumetric dosing systems up to four components can be added into main volume of raw material.
Raw materials to be dosed: LDPE, HDPE, Recycled LDPE/HDPE, masterbatches.
CaCO3 filler masterbatches for polymer extrusion and moulding
CaCO3 filler is special compound (masterbatch), contained calcium carbonate, polyethylene or polypropylene and some special processing aid additives. CaCO3 fillers like the other polymer, masterbatches intend to modify properties of polyolefin material. But the most important function of A-Len masterbatches is cost saving of your final product due to price difference with virgin polymers and economy of more expensive additives.
