Company details

Presma, created and developed by Canziani family, have their seat in Torba di Gornate Olona (Varese province) 10 Km far away for Milan Malpensa international airport employ about 50 workers in a covered space of 8.000 sqm, placed on 20.000 sqm land.

Since their origin Presma have been producing injection moulding machines for thermoplastic materials processing, either compact or semi-foamed, co-injected, gas assisted and even re-cycled.
The production range covers over 100 different machine models, with clamping force from 60 to 6000 kN, mould-holder platen size till 1.860×1.860 mm; modular machines with 1, 2 or 3 stations and rotary multi-station type from 2 to 18 stations, with mould opening/ closing either horizontal or vertical; injection units either by reciprocating screw or transfer system (melting screw and injection piston); standard, co-injection (sandwich structure) or multi-colour injection heads; working cells with one or more injection presses and robots for the moulding of multi-colours items; vertical clamping presses, with shuttle or rotary table, for the two half-mould bottoms.

Presma, with their special models, successfully entered the market of resin corks for wine and spirits, of Traffic Management Products such as pedestals of re-cycling plastics up to 35 kg, of home appliances like over-moulded pipe fittings and of housekeeping tools and accessories having multi-colour and/or material handles.

Some presses are suitable for the shoe industry; accessories and shoe lasts.
Since 2009 Presma have been involving in the processing of rubber and silicone.
