The Cadmould® 3D-F Rubber software package includes the simulation possibility of rubber parts from filling to curing inside and outside of the mold. By this the process parameters can be optimized and injection situation, the resulting filling and the curing can be derived. With Cadmould® 3D-F Injection Compression it is possible to design and optimize the special process injection compression moulding. Injection Compression allows the definition of an injection profile and the compression stroke of the cavity. Additionally a packing phase can be defined. The necessary compression forces and the piston movement can be evaluated for determination of the best process. Injection Compression is part of the Cadmould® 3D-F product family that has been successfully developed in Germany for more than 25 year. The Educational Products Cadmould® 3D-F Rapid Uni and Cadmould® 3D-F Uni Pro are used by universities or similar facilities for educational and research purposes.
