Among the large scale of possible properties, some of them are also boosted in process by reactor or dynamic cross-linking. PROCESSES Whether it is for single or multi-material parts, TEFABLOC™ is easy to process either in injection or extrusion. Rheology may also be adapted for hollow parts manufacturing (extrusion-blow, injection-blow) as well as blow-extrusion and recently developed 3D printing-FDM process.

OEM SPECIFICATIONS TO CUSTOMIZED FORMULATIONS - Grades available in pre-colored, natural or standard black - Highly UV resistant material - Tailored high flow/low flow, improved scratch & mar, anti-wear grades available - A wide range of hardnesses from 45 Shore A to 50 Shore D are commercially available - Can be used as a component of TPO skin formulations.
EASY PROCESSING TREXPRENE™ grades are suitable for injection, extrusion and blow molding and can be used with typical thermoplastic molding equipment. Sprues & runners, off-fall or scrap parts can be recycled back in provided they are kept free from contamination.

WHAT'S MODIC™? MODIC™ offers two technologies designed to be used as a tie-resin or for peelable purposes:
MODIC™ - ACID-GRAFTED POLYMER (TIE RESIN) MODIC™ tie-layer resin is acid grafted polyolefin forming a layer or a coating which provides adhesion between materials that have poor affinity. Formulations are adapted to PE, PP, EVOH, PA, PS, PET, PBT, PC, metal and glass and may be used for:
- Film (cast film, blown film) - Multi-layer sheet - Pipe Coating - Blow molding (bottles, containers) - Coupling agent / compatiblizer (plastic with glass and natural fiber) - Adhesive promoter for injected or extruded multi-material parts - Extrusion coating and lamination
MODIC™ – PEELABLE MODIFIED POLYMER-ALLOY (PEELABLE SEALANT RESIN) Modic™-Peelable easy peelable sealant resins are designed through our wide experience in polymer modifications and compounding technologies. These polymer alloys are used in various lidding film applications for smooth & easy peel functions with little or no residue after peeling. It can be used in a wide range of heat seal temperatures to achieve stable & uniform seal/peel characteristics. We have various direct food compliant grades for PP; PS; PE; PET & PLA substrates.
PERFORMANCE AND EASY PROCESSABILITY Since MODIC™ is a polyolefin-based adhesive polymer, it maintains polyolefin-like characteristics including: mechanical strength, thermal properties, chemical resistance and easy-processing in numerous multi-layer applications. Our resins are suitable for conventional processing such as blown or cast film and also by lamination.

MARVYFLO™ - High flow PVC powders for slush molding process
WHAT'S MARVYFLO™? MARVYFLO™ slush powders are designed for the manufacturer of slush molding skins for instrument panels, door panels and other soft touch parts. MARVYFLO™ formulations are plasticized PVC formulations which provide excellent mechanical performance for durability, airbag deployment and resistance to aging.
DESIGN, COMFORT AND APPEARANCE HAPTICS With its impeccable finish and soft feel, MARVYFLO™ slush powder is the material of choice for dashboards and interior surfaces. MARVYFLO™ provides instrument panel skins the gloss, grain and touch expected by automotive designers.
FREEDOM OF DESIGN The slush molding process and MARVYFLO™ allow for sharp radii, grain reproduction and deep undercuts giving freedom of design not possible with injection molding or vacuum forming.
BioPBS™ (bio-based polybutylene succinate), revolutionary in its two-fold bio properties.
BIO-BASED Using advanced technology from Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation, it is both bio-based and biodegradable plastic.
COMPOSTABLE Derived from natural resources, such as sugarcane cassava and corn, BioPBS™ is compostable into biomass, carbon dioxide and water. Products made from BioPBS™ can be disposed of along with organic waste. BioPBS™ has no adverse effects on the environment and is naturally compostable, without requiring a specialized composting facility.
