Alekos universal extrusion lines for the production of five-layer and three-layer polyethylene film feature cutting-edge technical solutions in the area of polymer film production, such as the engineering advancements developed by Plamex, Germany. In the design of lines we used a modular type for assembly. It makes it easy to configure the machine for specific client needs. All series of extruders Aleko are completed with high-performance screws.
Screws have a complex geometric shape which allows to achieve high performance and efficiency of mixing. They work well on mixtures with linear Polythylene, including MLLDPE, PA, EVA as well as with recycled material (up to 100%).

The range of monolayer lines includes 3 series of machines:
1) Aleko Mini (width 600/800 mm)
2) Aleko Midi (1100/1300 mm)
3) Aleko Maxi (width 1500/1700/2100 mm)
These models are high-speed lines for the manufacturing of polyethylene film (HD/LD/MD/MLLD) such as: heat-shrink, hothouse film, pallet film, agricultural film, “pre-packaging,” “T-shirt”,”Garbage bags” and more. The resulting film meets the highest standards of polymer film used in the production of a broad range of packaging.
These extrusion lines have been developed and created by the design department of Aleko Extrusion Technology, part of Aleko Group and the German engineering company Plamex.
• Stable operation under the production of ultra-fine film starting at 20 mcm using domestically-produced LDPE and from 5 mcm on HDPE thanks to increased screw L/D ratio: 1/32; • Screw construction has been specially developed and is ideally suited to working with complicated mixtures;
• Thickness tolerance up to +/- 7%!

Aleko Bagmaking machines are special design devices for production of specific bags such as:
“Bottle type” neck bag “L-type” neck bag

Double sealing bottom bag
Which are suitable for production of PE Inners and protective covering for PP Big Bags.

Volumetric dosing systems are designed for automatic proportional feeding of raw materials such as HDPE, LDPE, regrind, masterbatch, additives.Up to four components can be added into main volume of raw material.
