Altech plastic recycling machines

In our ALG W series recycling machine, a pressure sensor is used to protect the machine against excessive high pressure and the head group is protected. Main motor, feeder motor, cutter motor and the feeder wing motor all have speed control devices incorporated. Thus the motor speeds can be adjusted to the desired speed and all frequency and revolution values can be monitored.

RGT W Series Recycling machines
In our patented RGT W Series Recycling machines, there is preliminary processing of the products such as grinding, drying, condensing and heating of the product is carried out before being handed over to the extruders. These processes are carried out using special cutter design and assembly geometry. High quality steel is used to protect against cutter wear. As the preliminary heating is carried out in the grinding, it is plasticized one level before the extruder screw and more homogenous granules are obtained thus ensuring a higher capacity extrusion.
