VDMA Young Talents Visit Messe Düsseldorf Ahead of K 2025

On 9 September 2025, a group of students and apprentices from the VDMA Young Talents initiative visited Messe Düsseldorf. The programme, launched by the VDMA to engage the next generation of industry professionals, included an internal workshop and an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of the fairgrounds.

A special focus was placed on the location where the VDMA will host its open-air forum "The Power of Plastics" during K 2025. Participants were given a first-hand look at how preparations are progressing and where they will be part of the event in October.

From 9 to 14 October, the forum will feature a daily Young Talents Panel, offering insights, career perspectives and open discussions about the future of the plastics and machinery sector.
