The Reifenhäuser Group, a global specialist in extrusion technology, has strengthened its service infrastructure in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. By establishing a new Service Hub, Reifenhäuser aims to improve customer proximity and operational efficiency, underlining its commitment to reliable, responsive support. The hub will offer installation, commissioning, and comprehensive on-site service.

To address the growing demand for local support, the Reifenhäuser Group has expanded its field service operations in the Middle East and Africa (MEA). This strategic move includes a new Service Hub, focusing on improved accessibility, reduced downtime, and prompt assistance. With this addition, Reifenhäuser continues its philosophy of “Close to our customers,” facilitating better insights into local requirements and enhancing customer satisfaction.

The new Service Hub, located in the UAE, is designed to streamline operations by incorporating an on-site service team equipped to deliver a range of field-engineering services. These include:

Installation of machinery
System commissioning
Ongoing service and maintenance support
