The K team is available in the Organiser’s Office on the ground floor of the Messe Center and can be reached via the numbers listed below.

Arrival
|
|
|
You wish to reach the exhibition centre quickly? This is ensured by a modern traffic guidance system, sufficient parking spaces, free bus shuttles as well as public transport in the VRR area. Tickets for public transport can be booked here: www.vrr.de or simply by the check-in/check-out system with the eezy app: www.mehr-rheinbahn.de/eezy.

Exhibitor gates
|
|
|
Specific exhibitor gates at the North and South Entrances will help you reach your stand as quickly as possible. Please familiarize yourself with the location and inform your stand personnel. This will save you a lot of time and avoid unnecessary queues.

|
|
K Party
|
|
|
On Saturday 22nd October 2022 you are invited to our K Party in the CCD Süd and Town Hall (Stadthalle) starting at 7:30pm. Tickets which have been ordered will be brought to your exhibition stand. Join in with your colleagues and enjoy an excellent buffet as well as our exciting party program!

|
|
Exhibitor questionnaire

|
Your feedback about the show is very important to us. We would therefore kindly ask you to complete the exhibitor questionnaire which will be handed out on Tuesday 25th October 2022. Thank you very much for your co-operation!

Further important information
|
• Photography ban
As a K exhibitor you have the right to ban photography at your own stand. Please find relevant stickers at the Organiser´s office (for free).
• Safety control center
If you receive any information about possible incidents before or during K 2019, that impede the operation of your stand or the exhibition, please contact our safety control center at 0211-4560-111
• Protection of trade marks and material samples
We would kindly remind you to observe the valid legal guidelines of the German Federal Republic and the European Union concerning protection of trade marks and material samples. A detailed information sheet find here.
• Marking machinery
The European guidelines demand that machinery operated or brought into circulation in Europe should comply with EU standards. Any machinery which does not comply with these guidelines must be marked accordingly.
• Theft protection
Don’t give thieves a chance. We do our best to protect you from loss on the exhibition site but you can also help by ensuring that your products are insured, never leave your stand unattended and keep items such as laptops, cameras, mobile phones etc safe and locked, as these are just the things that thieves are looking for.
