HEALIX B.V.
Healix is Dutch clean tech start-up that intends to close the loop for plastic fiber waste. It produces Healix®, a family of branded circular polymers derived from plastic fiber waste, primarily collected in marine and agricultural environments. By collecting, sorting, shredding, washing and reprocessing used twines, ropes, nets and other plastic fiber waste, the enterprise creates circular polymers for the global manufacturing supply chain. Healix® polymers are a sustainable solution to replace virgin fiber plastics. The Post-consumer recycled plastic granulate is available in basic grades: PP and HDPE.
FoxBase GmbH from Düsseldorf has developed a software platform that enables companies to digitize their knowledge-based sales processes with the help of artificial intelligence and make them scalable. With the digital solution, customers and sales staff in B2B find the best product, system or service in the shortest possible time, easily and digitally. The self-service solution uses an interactive user interface to identify individual customer needs and calculate for example a specific product recommendation.

Think big. Print bigger. - The new Queen 1 3D printer from Q.BIG 3D can print large components. Due to the specially developed VFGF process, the 3D printer from Q.BIG has a variable nozzle diameter. As a result, it prints finely where it needs to - with maximum precision for exact details - and boldly and quickly where the component allows, to reduce printing time. Process algorithms ensure that the right amount of pellets is always extruded at the right time, in the right place. Queen 1 offers the solution for XXL challenges.
The actions of plastship are geared toward making the best possible use of plastics as a resource. Digitization is the precursor and the tool for achieving a functioning plastics circular economy. The industry network on plastship.com connects plastics disposers, plastics recyclers and plastics processors based on their requirements. Plastship ensures that its customers tap into new material streams and market their materials efficiently. In addition, plastship creates security through its certification and consulting services.
HAGE3D develops and manufactures large-format 3D printing machines for industrial use. Numerous industrial customers from Europe and Asia have already been supported in getting started and using additive material extrusion. The large format industrial 3D printers are completely assembled in Austria. Only tested industrial components are installed. HAGE3D combines 40 years of experience in special machine construction with the latest technologies and innovative strength. The result: precise and reliable 3D printing machines for long-term use.
Ioniqa is a clean-tech spinoff from the Eindhoven University of Technology (The Netherlands), specialized in creating value out of waste by using its proprietary circular technology. With a ground breaking process, Ioniqa is able make plastics a sustainable material, starting with PET plastics. Ioniqa’s award-winning innovation transforms all types of PET waste into valuable sources for ‘virgin-quality’ recycled PET. Up-cycling processes for other types of plastic are being researched and expected to be launched in the near future.
Toolplace is an online platform that connects plastics processors and toolmakers. It helps its members gain more visibility and, conversely, ensures the right "supplier matches" for plastics processing companies. Technological know-how, component size, experience with injection molding materials or required certifications, among other things, play a role. But regionality can also be a key criterion by which moldmakers are suggested to parts manufacturers looking for suppliers and vice versa. Toolplace can already be used by interested parties; the platform will officially go online at K 2022 in October.
