Huntsman paid approximately USD 1 billion in cash and assumed certain unfunded European pension liabilities. Peter R. TiO2 Titanium dioxide, a white pigment derived from titanium bearing ores with strong speciality business in fibres, inks, pharmaceuticals, food, and cosmetics.
