UTPVision new AIS 3.0 software

The innovative software will have a more modern and intuitive interface, specifically designed to improve usability and guide the operator in setting up the machine independently. The highlight of the new release will be the additional  “OR-AI” module, the new pre-trained AI tool based on Deep Learning . It will be a true revolution, allowing even non-expert personnel to easily program the machine for inspection. This will result in drastically increased machine up-time, less false rejects and a much more efficient sorting process overall. Defects will be classified based on different categories (e.g. splits, flash, porosity etc.), providing valuable feedback on the production process and allowing the manufacturer to better understand the nature of the defect.
