Reorientation of REP international and LWB Steinl strategies in China

In a common reorientation of their strategy REP sold their shares of the URP joint venture to LWB. 

REP will continue to work with URP as sales and service agent for China.

REP will further intensify the more than 20 years of close partnership and collaboration with Tung Yu whereas LWB further strengthens its global machinery profile.
