Matt Compounds for BOPP Films

High Grade Launches New Generation Matt Compounds for BOPP films.

We offer these product across a range of SIT options -

1. MATTE A-4640 - General Purpose Matt, High Haze(>80%), Low gloss (8-9%) Excellent processing, Standard SIT 
2. MATTE HS-23 - Heat Seal Matt grade, Smooth Finish, Excellent processing, SIT – 115°C 
3. MATTE L-21 - Low SIT Matt grade, Smooth Finish, Excellent processing, SIT-105°C 
4. MATTE UX-7 - Ultra Low SIT Matt grade, Smooth Finish, Excellent processing, SIT - 95°C 

 These products are designed to be used as a compound (100%) in the skin layer of the BOPP film structure for optimum properties and best matt finish. Skin layer thickness between 1.6μm – 2μm.
