Official Trade Fair Newspapers for K 2025

K SHOW DAILY from Plastics News (Crain Communications) is the only official English-language trade fair newspaper, while K-AKTUELL powered by K-profi (ki-group) is the only official German-language trade fair newspaper for K 2025.

The two magazines provide visitors and exhibitors with up-to-date information on all eight days of the K trade fair in pictures and text about innovations and product premieres at the trade fair, exhibitor events and trade fair activities.

Digital Parking Tickets

Our service for you: From now on, you will receive your parking cards exclusively digitally – and no longer by post.

You can easily download your parking cards as a PDF via the Online Order System (OOS), forward them and print them out. Reserve a trade fair parking spot online.

Traffic Regulations

Please familiarize yourself with the traffic regulations for K 2025 and inform your suppliers well in advance. Here you will find out when you have free access to the exhibition grounds and when which vehicles (trucks, vans, cars) are permitted to enter the grounds.

Freight Forwarding Services

Please note that is not permitted to operate your own cranes and forklift trucks on the fairgrounds. Forklift trucks, cranes or other heavy equipment as well as services like the transportation of exhibits, stand structures etc. incl. the supply of any auxiliary equipment can only be ordered from the forwarding agents appointed by us at the premises.

These exercise the exclusive right of freight forwarding at Messe Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre and will be pleased to help you.

Sprinkler Order for K 2025

Please ensure you comply with the applicable regulations regarding stand construction, safety distances, and the maximum height of interior stand spaces. Closed ceiling surfaces exceeding 30 m² may only be implemented with additional sprinkler protection.

Due to the high demand at K 2025, we cannot guarantee the execution of sprinkler orders received after the deadline. If stand sprinkler systems cannot be installed as required, this may result in significant structural modifications or even the (partial) closure of your exhibition stand.

For further details, please refer to the Technical Guidelines under sections 4.4.2, 4.7.7, 4.9.2 and 4.9.6.
