Due to the high number of visa requests, visa appointments are currently fully booked. Thus, we would like to recommend you to make a visa application well in advance for all your upcoming business travels to Germany. Visa application can be made up to six months ahead of the travel dates. The German Consulate is trying their best to honour all visa requests for business commuters travelling to shows in Germany.
While new appointments are opening up continously, we recommend you to check the availability multiple times a day. Best chances for an appointment slot is in the mornings.

If you’d like to encourage customers and other interested parties to come to a decision, we suggest that you use our voucher codes and invite them to visit you at your trade fair stand. Wondering how it works? It’s very simple actually. You send them a digital voucher, and the recipient then picks up their e-ticket online, using the code.

• Admission vouchers can only be redeemed in the K online ticket shop. An on-site redemption will not be possible. Important: Don't forget your bus and train ticket.

For long-distance travel, the Deutsche Bahn event ticket is an inexpensive and simple alternative.

Sprinkler Order for K 2022
|
Please note that closed ceiling areas larger than 30 sqm must not be executed without additional sprinkler protection. This also applies to several partial areas that are smaller than 30 sqm but are executed with a distance of less than 5.00 m from each other, even if they are located on neighboring stand areas. These areas will be added together!
Due to the high demand, we cannot guarantee the execution of sprinkler orders received late. In case of a non-executed stand sprinkler system, far-reaching changes in the stand construction up to (partial) closure of the exhibition stand may be the consequence.
Therefore, if you are planning closed ceiling areas A < 30 sqm, make sure that the minimum distance of 2.50 m to all stand neighbors is maintained and thus a distance of 5.00 m between closed partial areas is guaranteed.
For areas A > 30 sqm, we must receive the planning documents for the sprinkler system by the end of this week at the latest.
No closed ceilings are permitted on the first floor Hall 6.1 or Hall 7.0–7.2.

NRW-Forum has combined over 2,000 photographies, graphic designs, graffitis and designer toys to form a total pop culture artwork for you. Like brass? Then you will fall in love with these “little laddies“ when listening to them! Salaputia Brass converts brass into purest “sound gold”. These young virtuosos have it all figured out and find no task to difficult. At the Tonhalle the eleven-member ensemble will serve up a sophisticated gala menu on 19/10. They wrapped trees, landscapes and sites all over the world: Christo und Jeanne-Claude. Now the Kunstpalast museum pays tribute to them with a comprehensive retrospective. Marvel at the spectacular major projects realised by the artist couple, ranging from “Wrapped Coast”, 1969, to the spectacular “L’ Arc de Triomphe, Wrapped” realised posthumously last year!
