1. Organizer / Period / Termination / Consideration
1.1 The "K competitions" are organized by Messe Düsseldorf GmbH, Messeplatz, Stockumer Kirchstraße 61, 40474 Düsseldorf, Amtsgericht Düsseldorf HRB 63 (hereinafter referred to as "Messe Düsseldorf" or "Organizer"). By confirming the terms and conditions of participation, participants acknowledge that they do not acquire any claims against Facebook when participating in the competitions. For the avoidance of doubt, the following is hereby pointed out: Although the competition is advertised on Facebook, it is not connected to Facebook and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook. The sole contact person is Messe Düsseldorf GmbH. All questions, comments and complaints should not be addressed to Facebook, but directly to Messe Düsseldorf GmbH, keyword "K competition", Stockumer Kirchstraße 61, 40474 Düsseldorf or by e-mail to: k-online@messe-duesseldorf.de. No special fees (beyond the regular transmission fees) will be charged for this.
1.2 The K competitions are organized during the periods:
1.3 The organizer may change, suspend or terminate any K competition at any time, insofar as this is necessary due to circumstances beyond the organizer's control or if this is the only way to ensure proper implementation of the promotion.
1.4 By participating in the prize draw, the participant accepts these conditions of participation.
1.5 For reasons of readability, the masculine form of the term participant / commentator / winner is used in these conditions of participation. Of course, the corresponding female or diverse form is always meant as well.
2. Participation/procedure
2.1 Participation in the K competitions is only possible via Facebook. Participation is via comments on a corresponding posting by the organizer on the channel : K - The World's No. I Trade Fair for Plastics and Rubber and proceeds in each case as follows:
2.3 Participants may enter as often as they wish. Once a participant has won once, he or she will no longer be considered a winner for the entire duration of the competition. Multiple postings by a participant will be counted as a single entry. Furthermore, participation may only take place with one account. If there is a suspicion that a participant is taking part in the competition with several accounts, the organizer reserves the right to exclude the participant from the competition. In such cases, prizes may be subsequently disallowed and reclaimed.
2.4 Participation via lottery services, automated mass participation procedures of third parties, via agencies or via other commercial providers is not permitted.
2.5 In the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions of Participation, Messe Düsseldorf reserves the right to exclude the participant from the competition. In such cases, prizes may be subsequently disallowed and reclaimed.
3. Determination of the winners
3.1 The winners will be determined from all participants as follows:
The announcement will take place on the following day after the end of the respective K competition.
3.2 The winners will be contacted by the K Facebook account holder via direct message through Facebook. Subsequently, the cooperation of the winners is required. As part of this cooperation, they must contact the K Facebook account within 24 hours (from receipt of the direct message from the K Facebook account holder) by direct message with their contact details (first and last name, address, e-mail address, telephone number) so that the prize can be delivered by post. If a winner does not get back to us within this period, the prize will be forfeited.
4. Prizes
4.1 There is 3x 1 surprise fan package with various giveaways of K 2022 per posting to be won.
4.2 Messe Düsseldorf reserves the right to make further prize distributions at its own discretion.
4.3 Cash payment of the prize or any prize substitute is not possible. The prize can therefore only be claimed as described above. The claim to the prize is not transferable.
4.4 The prizes shall be sent to the respective winners by post.
5. Liability
5.1 All information provided by Messe Düsseldorf is provided without any guarantee.
5.2 Insofar as claims are asserted by a winner in connection with the prizes received, these are to be directed, insofar as legally permissible, directly against the manufacturer/dealer, supplier, tour operator or other service provider. Should claims in this regard arise with the organizer, these shall be assigned to the respective winners.
5.3 Messe Düsseldorf shall not be liable for any damage caused by errors, delays or interruptions in transmission, disruptions or deletion of data, viruses or in any other way during participation in the competition, unless such damage was caused by Messe Düsseldorf intentionally or through gross negligence. Liability for culpable injury to life, limb or health shall remain unaffected.
6. Basically applicable law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany is applicable. Sentence 1 shall apply only to the extent that the participant as consumer is not deprived of the more favorable rights that may exist in his/her country.

2. K competition (Guessing Question): The three (3) commenters closest to the actual number of visitors will win. If these commenters are tied, the winner will be decided by lot.
