Your Digital Trade Fair Assistant: The New K Chatbot (Test)

As part of an innovation project, Messe Düsseldorf is currently testing an AI-powered chatbot on the portal pages of the K trade fair. The chatbot helps both visitors and exhibitors find quick and easy answers to their questions – whether it's about travel, hall plans, exhibitors, or technical topics in the plastics and rubber industry.

The goal of this project is to continuously improve our digital services and enhance the user experience on our trade fair platforms.
