Plastics professionals embrace digital delivery of news, says survey


The news landscape continues to evolve and as a result, more and more readers across all types of industries are consuming news digitally.

And it's no different for plastics professionals.

PlasticsToday recently completed its annual reader survey, receiving responses to a variety of questions from more than 1,000 plastics professionals. One of the key figures is good news for trees - 74% of the audience prefers reading industry news digitally versus print.

In fact, a report from the Pew Research Center claims that 50% of the public now cites the Internet as a main source for national and international news.
