This interface hosted by RJG will allow us to help you via a text chat or by directly viewing the eDART screen. eDART users can get real-time help identifying process problems. It’s also a quick and effective way to train users on eDART functions or basic processing. Live support is currently available Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST, with possible 24/7 support in the near future.
