Any material changes made in an incompletely vented dosing system will constantly cause problems in your process. Nexus technology guarantees air-free material conveying. Any air present in the drum is automatically detected and vented out in a controlled manner without stopping the system.
Any air trapped in the material that rises to the surface after the drum change will also be detected and purged. This ensures air-free conveying throughout the entire drum processing period without
any production downtimes.
