**It is non-toxic to human being, biodegradable and easy-operation. The finished molded products have good toughness and rebound property.

Suggested operation procedure of TPU hand moldable plastic granule:

Pour the TPU granule in warm water (60-70℃). 
Take out the melt material and mold it to desired shape by hands. 
Put the shaped item in cool water for hardening. (Cooler the water, faster the hardening speed.)

Processing method of TPU thermoplastic polyurethane adhesive:
TPU shoe material can be dissolved by Solvent. The formulation we generally suggested is one-third (1/3) each of MEK, Acetone and Toluene. In general, it depends on the customer's requirement. If you require TPU shoe material with faster volatility, you can use more Acetone. If you would like to reduce the cost by Toluene, the Max. Toluene in solvent is 30% ~ 35%. If Toluene is not allowed, you can use EAC instead. As to the actual formulation of TPU shoe adhesive, it should be adopted according to the characteristics of solvent and every customer's needs.

Application of PU binder (polyurethane binder, PU rubber binder):
TPUCO PU binder can be used to bond EPDM, SBR rubber crumbs and granules together and make rubber tiles, rubber mats, children playground and running track. APU-7-800E is the PU binder which has longer tack free time, so it is suitable for outdoor construction. APU-7-800H and APU-7-800I are the PU binders which are more suitable to be used to make rubber bricks, rubber tiles or rubber mats. TPUCO PU binders are also suitable for small stone, polystyrene foam, timber binding.
