High Density Polyethylene SGD4960

SGD4960 is a high density polyethylene homopolymer especially designed for blow molding processing. It features high density and stiffness combined with high impact resistance.
The minimum biobased content of this grade is 96%, determined according to ASTM D6866.

Application:
Bottles for food applications such as dairy products and beverages.
Containers for non-food applications such as alcohol, cosmetics and lubricant oils.

Process:
Blow Molding.

Developmental Polypropylene DH357.01

BRASKEM DH357.01 Developmental Polypropylene Resin is a homopolymer suited for high output, fast running cast film lines. BRASKEM DH357.01 has optimized rheology for fast extrusion (high output) providing good film properties like easy film winding and cutting performance, as well as good printing after corona treatment. Films based on BRASKEM DH357.01 in exhibit excellent optical properties, notably transparency and gloss. BRASKEM DH357.01 Polypropylene Resin contains slip and antiblocking additives. The resin is well suited for the production of transparent films with a thickness range of 15-150 microns.

 Film for food packaging (bakery, snacks)
 Other film e.g. textile packaging (shirts, hosiery, blankets, sweaters), stationary

BRASKEM DH789.01 Developmental Polypropylene Resin is a homopolymer for Injection Molding, Twin Wall Injection Molding and High Speed Injection Moulding. This resin offers a good balance of physical properties and excellent organoleptic. BRASKEM DH789.01 Polypropylene Resin contains a very efficient antistatic and nucleation package and provides excellent optical properties. It is designed and formulated to allow for very easy processing, short cycle times, low shrinkage, minimal warpage and good part dimensional stability.
