Silicone dies - flat for up and down stamping

Plain areas are 'up and down' stamped. To mount the hot stamping tools on the stamping machine, we are able to manufacture all imaginable kinds of bases.

Brass hot stamping dies

Brass dies are extraordinarily robust and durable. Because of it's high stability, brass is particularly well-suited for large-scale print runs. The average tool life of h+m's engraved brass hot stamping dies is over 1.000.000 stampings. CNC-engraving makes possible - precise toolings of optimum quality.

Silicone hot stamping dies and silicone tools

Silicone tools are perfectly suited to compensate for tolerances of the parts to be stamped. Ever-improving quality standards of our silicone mixtures continuously improve the products features. We possess a wide range of hardness grades, using strict methods in the measurement of corresponding tolerances. Benefit from our qualified consultation to determine the best matching silicone mix.

Duplicate Dies

As an alternative to brass embossing dies, h+m additionally offers (plastic/fibreglass) duplicates. Low run rates and cost-sensitive jobs may require consideration of this lower-cost alternative. Duplicates provide sufficient quality and are quickly reproducible, particularly for more complicated motifs.
