In the year 1970 Günter Falk started up with a commercial agency for famous manufacturers in the range of electrical engineering. His engineering office in the Baden-Württemberg territory quickly grew up to employ two assistants in the field and one at the customer service. Yet in 1979 the company achieved a sales volume of about 24 million DM for the industrial agency.
In 1979 Günter Falk founded the trading company "Falk GmbH" with the task of operating a central and customer-oriented distributing warehouse for the represented parent houses. This establishment created two new places of employment to meet the increasing demands of the customers. The progress of the business towards the supply of services became notedly apparent. For instance aluminium cases were arranged by customer requests (coated, drilled, engraved) and completed with PG-Screw connections and cooling elements ready to be delivered. Falk more and more evolved into a "system supplier".
The Falk GmbH was always anxious to stay abreast of technological innovations and to integrate new techniques such as SPCs, field bus systems or computer applications into their product range and service supplies. Within a short amount of time the offices and warehouses expanded and in 1987 a new administration building and storage were built.

Andreas Falk extended the business by inhouse-automation, particulary EIB (European Installation Bus). Since then the number of employees grew to 14. To clearly communicate the new business line to the public the name of "Falk GmbH" was changed into "Falk GmbH Technical Systems". From that time on the building-services-engineering division operates with an open associate-distribution structure. Falk GmbH Technical System acquired 10 companies and service providers nationwide for a touchControl system-cooperation and wants to expand this successful distribution channel to Austria.
In the beginning of 2001 the legitimate succession of the Falk companies was readapted to form the company "Falk Technical Systems GmbH & Co. KG" which takes charge of the tasks of the engineering office.
