LUXOR A (Central drying system)

The LUXOR A series of dry air generators with ETA-process® energy saving technology are equipped with either two or three fully insulated stationary desiccant beds.During regeneration, the air used to heat up the desiccant beds is pre-heated via a heat exchanger and so saves energy. Closed-loop after-cooling of the desiccant bed with dry air ensures a continuously low dew point (approx.-40°C and better) and maximum drying performance.

LUXOR EM A / LUXOR E A (Mobile compact dryer)

Both the LUXOR E A and LUXOR EM A dryers with optional ETA plus® energy saving technology are specifically designed to supply consistently low dew-point air to one drying bin, while reducing energy consumption. The LUXOR E A dryer is designed for use with existing conveying systems or hopper loaders. Whereas the LUXOR EM A offers a machine dedicated solution with integrated dry air conveying for upto two processing machines and the drying bin. There are three sizes with drying bin capacities of 60, 100 and 150 litres.

The LUXORnet controls utilise modern, flexible BUS-technology. As standard, the colour touch control manages the dry air generator, one drying bin and with the EM version, material conveying to one drying bin and two processing machines.

The integration of dry-air conveying, line purging and material proportioning provides maximum flexibility and productivity.

LUXOR HD (Hot air dryer)

Dryers can be mounted directly on the throat of the processing machine.
All models have accurate and fast temperature control and are equipped with a safety overheat thermostat to prevent overheating of materials. The hinged lid on each drying bin gives easy access and has a flange for fitting a motan hopper loader for automatic material conveying. The use of corrosion resistant materials such as aluminium and stainless steel, ensures a long lifetime and avoids contamination of the plastic granules.

LUXOR CA S (Compressed air micro dryers)

Injection moulders making very small parts are faced with the unique challenge of being able to dry just the right amount of material for their process. Operating in extremely critical production conditions, these smaller throughputs can present considerable problems. It is important to scale the drying to that of the moulding machine.

The LUXOR CA S 0.75 to 5 range of compressed air micro dryers is specifically designed for small material throughputs. The range comprises of a modular line of correctly sized drying equipment helping moulders to meet the small tolerances without waste or contamination. These small dryers take factory supplied compressed air which is expanded to atmospheric pressure. This produces dry process air with a very low dew-point which is then heated to the required drying temperature. No desiccant is required.

GRAVIPLUS (Gravimetric synchronous dosing and mixing station)

GRAVIPLUS is a continuous loss-in-weight gravimetric synchronous dosing and mixing station for free-flowing granulates, reclaim, powder, fluids and fibers.

Each GRAVIPLUS can have one to eight precision screw feeders per line. 
GRAVIPLUS is designed for throughputs from 0.25 kg/h (0.55 lb/hr) to 7,500 kg/h (16,500 lb/hr). These throughputs are achieved only in continuous extrusion applications. The dosing of the components is done continuously. The material flow for each component is constantly monitored and regulated. GRAVIPLUS is manufactured in accordance with "CE" specifications.
