Compounding lines

Extricom not only builds the core component of
the compounding lines but also integrates auxiliary
equipment of well-known suppliers to deliver so
called turn-key compounding lines for the production
of granules or semi-finished materials like foils,
sheets, and profiles, to name a few.
The engineering, the assembly and startup of the
complete line all originate from a single source,
from a single contact person. This allows for optimal
coordination of individual suppliers, which eliminates
down-time during assembly and startup. This in turn
reduces financial waste.
The exact definition of interfaces between the components
guarantees perfect operation of the plant.

– Only one contact person for the complete extrusion
line.
– Optimal interplay of individual components, by
means of accurately defined interfaces is guaranteed.
– In case of breakdowns you require only one partner

Extricom: The name indicates our scope of delivery both in twin screw extruder as well as Ring-Extuder-technology and expresses our strength:

Innovation, which increased for decades of our experience with twin screw extruders.

We offer equipment overlapping brands and have a clear commitment to serve the client.

For nearly 30 years our family business is occuping with the development and manufacturing of closely intermeshing screw systems. Step by step it developed from an engineering office to a part manufacturer and finally to a supplier of complete compounding lines, wear parts and services. Most important capital: our staff!

Every day they are advising competently and reliably our clients world-wide in all questions of operating twin- and multi screw extruders. Trained sales representatives and process engineers support the user in every matter, independent of the extruder manufacturer – from the reduction of wear costs up to consultation regarding new products and processes.

To improve further and to pass the knowledge on; in the Extricom extrusion laboratory at Lauffen site the RingExtruder technology is shown, compounding processes are developed and optimised as well as employees and clients are trained in extrusion.

In the plant in Lauffen are research, production, assembly, service, laboratory and administration concentrated. The advantage: High flexibility, fast response and clear decisions.
