The marking lasers in the TruMark series and the compact laser workstations of the series TruMark Station enable the production of precise and consistent markings. Thanks to simple programming, information from the production environment can be transferred directly to the workpieces. The permanent laser markings make the products fully traceable. Typical marking processes are the coloring, ablating, and foaming of plastics, and the engraving, ablating, and annealing of metals. In addition, the TruMark lasers can produce functional layers, clean surfaces or create design elements.

Laser welding of plastics can be realized with the diode lasers TruDiode 151 and TruDiode 301. The lasers enable contactless, clean and flexible welding of thermoplastics by means of the transmission welding method. Extremely powerful, tight and esthetic joins can be produced. Weld seams can even be realized in direct proximity to heat-sensitive parts.
